DHSS Makes Cooling Centers Available During Extreme Heat
As another stretch of high temperatures and dangerous heat index values is expected across Delaware, the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is opening cooling centers to provide residents with a safe place to escape the heat.
